This class will harness beginner club style movement to create a safe space where you can find sensual and sexual expression. Stripping 101 will improve your flow, freestyle, and stage presence. It also aims to facilitate a relationship with your inner sensual energy. This class will include a loosely based choreo of multiple options in poses to help guide you to finding your own unique sexy style. We dont learn to remove clothing. Heels or socks recommended. Knee pads required.
The class is taught by a current Sacramento based exotic dancer and pole dance instructor.
